VINYL PLANK CLEANING

The Speed Scrubber does a great job of getting up scuff marks that your mops can’t. It scrubs, cleans and squeegees the floor getting it squeaky clean.

ROOFTOP CLEANING

Cleaning the protective plastic lining on rooftops is mandatory if you want to keep your warranty. And it can’t be done with anything other than a sponge and simple green. Jet City to the rescue!

RAW SEWAGE CLEANING

What’s that smell? Well, it’s raw sewage emptying under my apartment! Imagine the stink and the mess! We cleaned it up and brought it back up to code. And yes, that’s poop on him.

ELEVATOR GRAFFITI REMOVAL

Born from the complaint of a manager, Jade put his machine shop skills to good use and covered up the graffiti in her elevator. Look no cusswords! That manager loved it and told another manager and another… Realize this isn't an exact science, it's done by hand. Best to think of it as art.

"An apartment manager we carpet cleaned for was talking to Jade about how frustrated she was that residents were carving cusswords in the walls of her stainless-steel elevator. She didn’t know what to do to get them to stop or to cover it up. Jade said he could take his grinder to it and create “art” for her. But she had to be prepared for it as art and this wasn’t going to be anything exact.

She said go for it, anything was better than the cuss words. Once he was done, she loved how it looked and was very pleased that it looked good enough that people weren’t going to try to carve into it. She told other managers and we soon got more requests."
