Dry Ice Blasting

Watch the deepest dry cleaning on earth

The Most Environmentally Friendly Way To Clean!

Dry Ice Blasting is the deepest dry cleaning available. This new technology uses dry ice to safely “sluff” off a surface contaminant. When the dry ice pellet hits the surface, the dry ice evaporates leaving only the contaminate behind. It’s extremely green and clean!

Many are turning to Dry Ice Blasting over soda blasting, plastic pellet blasting and sandblasting as they can pit and damage surfaces, and it’s more effective and a deeper cleaning than than all of these. It's easy to clean up, extremely environmentally friendly and only second to Torbo Blasting in effectiveness. It's first in easy clean-up, as all of them leave water or media behind to clean up. With Dry Ice, it evaporates, leaving only the contaminant you just cleaned off left behind.

What we do

Since dry ice evaporates completely as a carbon dioxide gas it leaves no wastes. Only the material being removed must be disposed of. Dry ice cleaning can replace the need for hazardous chemical solvents to be used like trichlorethane, methylene chloride, perchlorethane, orthodichlorobenzene, cresylic acid and other caustic solutions, thus reducing the impact on our environment!

Fire Remediation

It is extremely effective removing toxic residues, soot and associated smells after a fire. Can return smoke damaged wood to like-new condition.

Graffiti and Paint removal

Dry Ice does extremely well removing graffiti from walls, brick and wood and can do the same with paint especially when you need to strip the area to get it ready to paint.

Remove Floor Tile

Dry Ice will loosen floor tile by freezing and slightly shrinking them allowing easier removal. The cold temperature of the Dry Ice will break the bond of the adhesive. It is ideal for removing a few tiles that need replacing.

Mold Removal

Dry ice is highly successful with mold removal because the force of the pellets quickly wipes the surface clean, saving hours of time. Not only is the mold removed, but the top layer of wood where the mold roots are is gone, leaving the wood completely clean.

Waste Containers

Can clean and sanitize caked on gunk from waste containers making it look and smell clean again!

Clean Bricks and Wood

Have you got an old fence or bricks that are just filthy? You can make them look great again by using dry ice. You can then seal them to keep their pristine luster.

Cigarette/Cigar Smoke

For severe smoke smells, we can dry ice blast walls, carpets, ceilings and furniture to exasperate the smell.

Dry Ice Blasting Uses:

  • Fire damage restoration
  • Graffiti Removal
  • Paint removal including lead paint
  • Tile removal
  • Kill mold and remove it even to the roots
  • Waste containers
  • Clean Bricks and wood
  • Electrical and machinery cleaning in place while plugged in
  • Cigarette/cigar smoke
  • To sanitize Hospitals and nursing homes
  • Cleaning business and residential offices and homes
  • Cleaning Boat Hulls
  • Remove Adhesives
  • Cleaning heating/Cooling systems

Dry Ice Blasting involves propelling pellets of dry ice at extremely high speeds at an object for cleaning. The actual pellets are quite soft and much less dense than other media used in blasting cleaning. Upon impact, the pellet heats and becomes its gaseous form producing minimal abrasion. This process produces thermal shock which shears off the top layer and the dirt or contaminant flakes off. The efficiency and effectiveness of this process depends on the thermal conductivity of the contaminate. The rapid change from solid to gas also causes microscopic shock waves which are also thought to assist in removing contaminant.

"It was first a call to see “could you” and we said sure, we’ll try. It was an inquiry call from Hospital Central Services about their dryer vents. We picked up the vents and started a process that they have come to rely on for 5 years."
