We cover from Everett to Renton, from West Seattle to Issaquah and all points in between. Monroe, Snohomish, Arlington, Marysville, Kent, Stanwood and Lake Stevens areas incur a gas surcharge. Please call us for details.

Jet City Professionalism

When you set up your appointment, you will receive a three hour window for our technician to arrive on the day of your clean. He can call you when he is on his way or as much as an hour ahead so you have time to run home to meet him. Once our technician arrives he will go over the job ordered and the job he actually sees. Sometimes they are not the same and the pricing may change based on what you actually want done. He will not perform any work unless someone is there to pay or payment has been set up with the office ahead of time. All work is done upon your approval.

Pay Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept cash, check and money orders and Zelle payments. Payment is due at the time of the service.  You can call the card in to our office, our tech can process it onsite with a smart phone app right in front of you or by going to our payment portal on our website. Payment when not at home

For both homes and apartments where the resident is responsible for payment, arrangements need to be made before the job. If there is no payment as agreed before hand, we will exit without performing the work. Alternatively, you can put a credit card on file and we can charge once the job is completed.

 

 

 

SET UP AND PARKING

Upon arriving to your home, our technician will set up for the job. He will need to get within 100 feet of your home to be close enough to use the truck mount. That might mean he will park in an odd place to make sure he can use his hoses.

If you are in a high rise or the technician cannot get close enough, please let the office staff know ahead of time. We can use our professional powerful portable carpet cleaning machine if necessary.

 

We also need to hook up to water, so an outside hose bib or your inside water faucet from a sink will do. Some of our vans can carry clean water on board, so if we know there is not access to water ahead of time, we can make sure to use one of these service vehicles.
